ABOUT STELLA'S

At Stella's Pizza Pie, our roots run deep.  our recipes are passed down from generations of Italian-American San Diegans. Every dish tells the story of family, tradition, and love for great food.

From his grandmother's scampi to his mother's succulent scaloppini, Vito took his old family recipes out of Little Italy and now brings them to you.  The sauce simmers for hours, the pesto is fresh and fragrant, and the scampi sizzles in the wood-fired oven.

 

Vito named Stella's for his baby daughter and began catering in 2014.  Starting in LA, he soon returned to home and his huge extended family in San Diego.  Stella's has been creating great food with our amazing crew from our base in Alpine ever since then.
